The successful candidate will work at our non-treatment facility, while working with our nursing and mid-level staff in providing oversight of all work-related injuries for evaluation, and exams including: return-to-work, pre-placement, fitness for duty, DOT clearance, and respirator clearance. This position reviews disability cases both occupational and non-occupational, participates in annual wellness programs, supervises 2 Physician Assistants, and provides input for an active disability management program for all employees while interacting daily with our client liaison.

Candidates must be able to interface with senior management on health services and employee benefits initiatives to develop cost containment strategies, and work daily with the client disability team. The clinic averages 40 50 patients per day. There is no hospital call involved.

Requirements :
