With our cohesive team of 4 physicians, led by an outstanding leader and Medical Director, we have developed and maintained excellent acute care which has promoted the growth of our Hospitalist services at Nash General and opened the door for physicians to join the team.

Internal Medicine: Georgetown, South Carolina

A 247-bed community-owned regional referral center offering a broad range of services which include open heart, vascular, neurology, and oncology. The hospital is currently underway with a $22 million expansion program. Our Hospitalist program is well received and is highly used by this busy medical community. Since its start in early 2002 with 3 physicians we have added additional Hospitalists and are expanding our team to 7 physicians. With a week-on, week-off schedule, Cookeville Regional Medical Center provides plenty of time for leisure activities.

Cookeville, part of the area known as "The Upper Cumberland," is centrally located at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Highway 111 at the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains. Cookeville is 80 miles east of Nashville, 100 miles from Knoxville, and 90 miles from Chattanooga. Our new practice will feature a week on/week off schedule with limited evening work and a low patient volume for the physicians that call Marshall home.
